He is also a designated Senior Real Estate Specialist, which required comprehensive training in the needs and goals of buyers and sellers over the age of 55.
Thomas is the owner of Hamlin Real Estate and has been serving the Rogue Valley since 1997. He takes pride in serving his community through various non-profit involvement, the Medford Linebackers, the Rogue Valley Country Club, the Oregon State Beaver Club, the Rogue Valley Association of Realtors, and his church. He is also a life member of the Million Dollar Club.
A graduate of Oregon State University, Thomas and his wife, Jessica, have two daughters, Sara and Margaret. Thomas is proud to raise his family in the Rogue Valley; the same community where he grew up. He enjoys watching his girls play sports, traveling and gardening. He also loves a good round of a golf.

She was born in the Philippines and raised in Okinawa, where she graduated high school. Because of heritage, Betty provides a unique perspective to international buyers and sellers moving to the area.
Betty is active on a senior bowling league, serving as its secretary. She also enjoys golfing at Stoneridge Golf Course.

Kate’s desire to see her vibrant and exciting community grow and thrive motivated her to get her real estate license. She is an Oregon State University graduate and is proud to be a Beaver.
After graduating from OSU, Kate followed her love of learning and pursued a career in educational fundraising. For 10 years she had a fulfilling and exciting career raising money for various scholarships and programs within Oregon State University, Willamette University and San Francisco State University.
Kate is also passionate about the distinctive attributes of the Southern Oregon wine industry. She also has a leadership role in her family’s business, Oak Street Tank & Steel, which has been serving the Ashland area since 1923.
